Keersten is an incredibly brave young woman with an an ability to articulate her experience of life in a very unique way. To cope with the difficulties of life she relies on many different coping skills and tactics: photography, connecting with nature, crafting, listening to music, and swimming.

To ensure an experience that was safe and comfortable for all involved. We worked slowly with a very small crew, and always had Chelsea (featured Carya staff) with us during the entirety of the shoot.
